#53 Following Life's Transitions

Life is full of transitions, especially in mid-life. Some transitions are welcomed and bring joy into your life while others are more difficult. In this podcast, Catholic Life Coach, Jennie Guinn shares the transitions that she has experienced over the past few years as she approached midlife. She gives an honest look at how her life has changed and how she navigated the transitions with courage.

There is a myth that entering mid-life means encountering a mid-life crisis, but this is more myth than reality. Mid-life transitions can seem scary until you learn how to maneuver through them. Jennie shares three ways to identify when you are approaching a transition or if are already in the midst of one. Learn three strategies that can help you embrace transitions with joy and confidence.

Through the example of Joseph, Saul and the disciples you will see how transitions can happen gradually or abruptly. From their example you will be equipped and encouraged to reflect and learn important lessons from each mid-life transition.

Jennie is a Catholic speaker, Life Coach, Podcaster, Weekly Radio Show Host on Nashville Catholic Radio, and founder of Catholic Moms in the Middle. After 26 years of working in Catholic education, Jennie felt God calling her "to step out of the boat" to serve in a new way. In her new ministry as a Catholic Life Coach, she now equips and encourages middle-life moms to reconnect with who they are and their unique God-given purpose so they can MAGNIFY Christ in their corner of the world.
